KIKDA’s Vascular Surgery Department, inaugurated in March 2023, provides critical care for dialysis patients experiencing vascular issues, including fistula formation and related complications. This facility is especially important as vascular surgery services are not widely available in public hospitals across Karachi and Sindh, and many patients could not afford treatment elsewhere.
